All apparel in the KUMA ProShop is printed (an fulfilled) via The Printful using direct to garment technology. This allows us to create many more awesome designs without housing the inventory! 🙂

Our apparel is printed on demand using the direct to garment latest technology. This allows for a super soft feeling t-shirt that is flexible and doesn’t peel like silkscreening. Similar to any other shirt, these shirts will fade over time but instead of cracking, they will settle into the fabric.
The best way to wash a printed garment is to turn it inside-out and wash it in cold water and tumble dry. Of course, if you experience any extremely fast fading, contact us and we can figure out a solution.
Shipping times vary based on products ordered and destination. Please allow 2-8 business days for us to process, create, and ship your order! Actual in-transit shipping times will be added to this time frame.
All claims made on packages lost in transit or undelivered items will be investigated. Claims that have been deemed erroneous on our part will be replaced at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure happiness with your apparel order, please check our sizing guides (found in the product details of each t-shirt) before purchasing!
If you find your product to be damaged, defective, or misprinted, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we can figure out the best solution!
We reserve the right to use our discretion when approving a refund based on any non-defect return reason. We ask that you do not ship any products back to us for a refund without prior return authorization.
We highly value quality and craft. We do the best we can to represent the actual product on the website. There may be slight variations in coloration due to photography and lighting.
